These socks were knit with Onine Supersocke 100 / Circle Color. Sortierung 97. 100 gram ball makes 1 pair of socks. 75% sperwash wool and 25% Polyamide. It was a great yarn to knit with and I have a good pattern that I use for most of my socks, I just change needle sizes according to foot size. I was lucking with the striping as I was able to start the second sock in much the same place in the colouring as the first and they came out identical.
These socks were knit with Patons Yarns Kroy Socks. The larger pair were knit with Colbalt Jacquard( now called Fleck) and the smaller ( toddler size) wereknit with Gentry Grey on the tops and toes and Clay Colors for the main sock. Kroy Socks comes in 50 gram balls and it took 2 balls for the multi coloured pair and 1 ball for the toddler size and a fwew yards from a ball of gentry grey. For the Toddler size I used a different pattern especially for childrens socks. Kroy Socks is a very soft, super fine wool. 75% washable wool and 25% nylon.
This was a fun one to knit. Knitted with Patons Stretch Yarn. The pattern is from Patons Yarns site for this yarn . Its a tube sock only I changed it up a little by knitting 4 , Purl 4 until the sock was desired length – 2″ and worked the toes. This colour is called “Sugar”. The yarn is in 50 gm balls and you need 2 balls to make these socks. there are 41%cotton, 39% wool, 13% nylon and 7% elastic. Very soft and cozy. I have also made a pair in “taffy and have the yarn for the colour “Licorice”.
This pair of socks has to be my favorites so far. Knitted with Blue Moon Fiber Arts , Socks That Rock-colorway- Pink Granite. 155 gm skien, medium weight superwash merino.They are so soft , its unbelieveable.
I knit a pair of mitts for my Grandson using Bernat Baby Stretch, 80gm ball , in the colour 30743 Jack In The Box. Content is 48% Acrylic, 44% Cotton, 3% Polyester, 3% Nylon, 2% Elastic . I love knitting socks, mittens and scarves.
